Account Executive
ZeOmega is a leading provider of Medical management, Utilization management and Case management solutions for Group Health and Workers Compensation. ZeOmega is looking for candidates for Account Executive positions in its Managed Care Sales Team. As part of the Sales team, the Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new customer leads
- Qualifying these leads
- Identifying specific business opportunities
- Presenting business proposals to the clients and completing the sales.
He/She will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Experience :
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Managed Care (Payer side) and will have worked in one or more of the following areas in Group health: Utilization management, Medical management, Disease management, Utilization Review, Retrospective Review, Case Management.
Location :
Positions are currently open in Dallas, Texas. Positions in other states will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel :
The position will involve between 10% - 30% travel and all travel will be within the US.
Compensation :
The compensation package is attractive and commensurate with experience. The package will be a combination of salary and commissions.
Business Analyst
ZeOmega is looking for a Business Analyst for Dallas, TX. Salary negotiable dependent on skills and experience. This position is for experienced applicants.

Requisite Skills :
- Candidates with proven business analysis and systems analysis experience in an IT environment.
- Must have experience working with users and supporting IT development teams in defining IT solutions.
- Must be able to translate business requirements into functional requirements and approaches for developers.
- Experience in defining business process flows and work flows.
- Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms such as web, client/server, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), relational database concepts and object-oriented programming. Will work closely with the lead architects and analysts to develop assessments and project plans.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements. Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project request.
Experience using techniques such as UML, and use cases is desirable. Experience in health care industry is a plus.

ZeOmega is looking for candidates for sales Executive positions in its Sales Team. As part of the Sales team, the sales Executive will be responsible for:

Customer Support Representative
ZeOmega is looking for Customer Support Representative(s) to join our Frisco, TX office. We are a nine-year old, rapidly growing company providing software solutions for the healthcare industry.
The CSR will work with ZeOmega's clients in providing telephonic and online support for our software installations at these clients.
Responsibilities :
- Be the primary contact for communicating and coordinating all support issues for selected ZeOmega clients.
- Monitor and answer support calls through telephone and e-mail.
- Record information on issues reported by clients in the issue tracking database.
- Evaluate all technical issues and refer them to relevant technical personnel as appropriate.
- Analyze customer issues using troubleshooting techniques.
- Escalate issues to supervisors as appropriate.
- Assist customers with resolution and closure of the issues.
- Provide appropriate reports to management on a timely basis.
- Perform other support duties as required.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in ZeOmega's solutions, healthcare domain and customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in providing customer support for enterprise software solutions.
- Experience or knowledge of healthcare payers required.
- Good written and oral communication skills required.
- Strong client management skills required.
- Good analytical and trouble shooting skills required.
- Experience in care management preferred.
