Mr. Rangaswamy is an entrepreneur who has founded and managed web hosting and e-commerce ventures. Prior to founding ZeOmega, he worked at American Airlines and The Sabre Group where he led and delivered web-based solutions for Air New Zealand, Swiss Air, American Airlines, Carlson Travel and Travelocity.

He has architected business process and content management solutions for Gartner Inc., servicing over 25 channel events such as RetailVision and Midsize Enterprise Vision.

During the dot-com era he was Vice President of Technology for a medical management start-up where he architected and developed automated fax and web based preauthorization solutions using decision tree based algorithms for medical management. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and reengineering business processes for medical management, event management and content management.

Mr. Rangaswamy has several publications to his credit including "The design of fuzzy constraint based controller for a dynamic control system," which was accepted at the International Joint Conference of the 4th IEEE conference on Fuzzy Systems held in Yokohama, Japan in 1995.

Other publications include "Connecting Stakeholders to Improve Care" in ADVANCE for Health IT Executives, which discusses the role of payers and technology platforms to support medical homes, and "Transition care management" in Managed Healthcare Executive, which discusses an opportunity for payers to manage costs and improve quality of care.

Mr. Rangaswamy holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from MIT, Manipal.

Ms. Rangaswamy has a background in management consulting with work experience that spans several industries including Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Travel and Telecom.

Prior to joining ZeOmega, she worked at Accenture in the Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her work included advising clients on M&A;, strategy, identifying potential acquisition candidates, valuing candidates, analyzing deals and conducting due diligence. Her work also included prioritizing performance improvement initiatives for clients through assessment of economic impact of operational and financial value drivers. Before transitioning into management consulting, Ms. Rangaswamy worked at The Sabre Group and Abbot Laboratories, leading IT projects at both companies.

Ms. Rangaswamy holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.

Mr. Page has over 25 years of experience in healthcare benefits administration, software application development and information technology solutions.

Before joining ZeOmega, Mr. Page held senior business development positions with business process outsourcing companies and executive operations positions with software development companies offering solutions into the healthcare payer market.

Prior to this, his experience includes operating the third-largest third-party administrative company in the U.S. through Equifax. This was preceded by a career in the insurance industry as a senior sales and marketing executive with New York Life and Cigna Healthplans, Inc.

Mr. Page is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Command Pilot and Air Operations Officer. Mr. Page received his Bachelor of Science Degree and MBA with a minor in Finance and Marketing from Arizona State University. He also obtained a Registered Health Underwriting Degree from Northeastern University.

Dr. David Bendich joined ZeOmega in March, 2010 as Medical Director. Previously, he served as Director of Quality Management for PRONJ, the Healthcare Quality Improvement Organization of New Jersey.

Prior to joining PRONJ, he was Senior Medical Director and responsible for Quality Management Outcome Measurement at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. His previous clinical and academic experience also includes 16 years in pediatric group practice where he was also responsible for quality management, HEDIS, credentialing, HCFA and DOHSS efforts and quality site visits.

Dr. Bendich has received numerous leadership awards and published articles on quality management. Dr. Bendich is board certified and a Fellow, American Academy of Pediatrics. He completed his undergraduate studies at City College of CUNY, earned his medical degree at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine, and completed a Pediatric residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center, Bronx, NY.

Ms. Helton brings to ZeOmega more than 14 years of significant domain expertise, which includes hands-on work with numerous payer and provider organizations in the areas of integrated care management, electronic medical records, evidence based medicine and clinical analytics.

She joined ZeOmega in 2009 from MEDecision where she held various positions including Strategic Executive and Senior Director of New Business Development, earning a track record of strong performance working with large payer organizations.

Ms. Helton has a background in nursing and began her healthcare information technology career at Dolbey & Company as a Hospital Specialist, working with medical record transcription, dictation and electronic signature systems. In addition, she spent 7 years at Wolters Kluwer Health, where she led sales efforts in 3 of its 4 business units, and ultimately served as its Vice President of Sales, Clinical Solutions.

Ms. Helton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Cincinnati State College.

Mr. Ananthaiah is the data architect for ZeOmega's Platforms. He has hands-on experience as a database architect for over twelve years with a focus on scalability and performance of database architecture. He is proficient with both open source databases and commercial databases and has a background in data warehousing and data analytics. He heads the Software Engineering Process Group at ZeOmega, promoting Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) best practices and processes. He successfully led and delivered the CMMI Level 3 initiative at ZeOmega.

Mr. Murthy is responsible for implementation services on ZeOmega's Public and Commercial Programs. He has extensive experience in health information technology and is closely involved with the architecture of ZeOmega platforms. He has led the implementation of ZeOmega solutions at several public chronic care improvement programs covering 6 million Medicaid FFS lives. He also directed the implementation of one of the first successful payer-based EHRs for an award winning chronic care improvement program.

Mr. Murthy holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Andhra University.

Mr. Sivalingam has over 10 years of experience in product engineering. He has in-depth knowledge of the open source platforms in use at ZeOmega and has successfully integrated open source frameworks into its platforms. He is closely involved with product and release planning and works with subject matter experts to ensure that ZeOmega's platforms evolve with the end-user and market needs in mind.

Mr. Sivalingam holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Bharatiar University.

Mr. Naidu is responsible for developing and implementing quality management processes as part of ZeOmega's CMMI compliance initiative. He initiated and manages the quality assurance and quality control process of ZeOmega's product development and implementation efforts. He heads the Software Quality Assurance Team ensuring CMMI best practices across all projects. He has extensive experience in the workers' compensation arena.

Mr. Rai is multi-faceted and manages operations as well as implementations of ZeOmega's SaaS and Commercial Programs. He has a background in systems administration and data center operations.

He is also in charge of talent development, recruiting and training with a goal to build and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization

Mr. Rai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Applications and is pursuing his Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Rush is Chief Mentor at ZeOmega. He brings vast knowledge and experience on computer systems software architecture and high performance computing to ZeOmega, and mentors ZeOmega staff on coding practices and techniques.

Mr. Rush is a well-known and active member of the Python open source community. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Python Software Foundation. He is the past Python Advocacy Coordinator, organizer of its Dallas/Ft. Worth user group, as well as Conference Co-chair of PyCon 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Rush has been providing Python and embedded Linux/robotics consulting services since 1984, ported Python to OS/2 and created the initial RPMs for Zope used by Red Hat. For recreation, he acts as a cyber archeologist for Project Xanadu, the original hypertext effort and records screen casts about Python and Linux.

Mr. Rush has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds the following patents.
