Mr. Rangaswamy has over 13 years of experience in IT consulting and services. He has extensive experience in Travel and Health care. As an entrepreneur he has founded and managed web hosting and e-commerce ventures. Prior to founding ZeOmega, he worked at American Airlines and The Sabre Group where he led and delivered web-based solutions for Air New Zealand, Swiss Air, American Airlines, Carlson Travel and Travelocity.

During the .COM era he was Vice president of technology for a medical management start up where he architected and developed automated fax and web based preauthorization solutions using decision tree based algorithms for medical management. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and reengineering business processes for medical management, event management and content management.

Mr. Rangaswamy has several publications to his credit including "The design of fuzzy constraint based controller for a dynamic control system" which was accepted at the International Joint Conference of the 4th IEEE conference on Fuzzy Systems held at Yokohama, Japan in 1995.

Mr. Rangaswamy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering from MIT, Manipal.
 

Ms. Rangaswamy has a background in management consulting with a work experience that spans several industries including Health care, Pharmaceuticals, Travel, and Telecom.

Prior to joining ZeOmega, she worked at Accenture in the Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions group. Her work included advising clients on M&A; strategy, identifying potential acquisition candidates, valuing candidates, analyzing deals, and conducting due diligence. Her work also included prioritizing performance improvement initiatives at clients through assessment of economic impact of operational and financial value drivers. Before transitioning into management consulting, Ms. Rangaswamy worked at The Sabre Group and Abbot Laboratories leading IT projects at these companies.

Ms. Rangaswamy holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.

Mr. Ryan has over 20 years experience in the insurance and managed healthcare industry, including employee benefits, workers compensation, and IT services. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing and business development.

Prior to ZeOmega, Mr. Ryan managed sales and marketing organizations for CIGNA, PacifiCare (acquired by United) and Concentra. During the .COM era, Mr. Ryan and his organization successfully developed and sold their web based IT services firm to McKesson.

Mr. Ryan received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He has been a corporate board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix since 1997.

Mr Murthy is responsible for product engineering and implementation. He has extensive experience in health information technology and is closely involved with the design and development our products. He has led the implementation of our solutions at several public chronic care improvement programs. He was also involved with the development of one of the first successful payer based EHR for a public program.

Mr Murthy holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Andhra University.

Ms. Chitty specializes in performance management, disease management, care management, utilization management, quality management, and NCQA accreditation. Her management consulting services are targeted to managed care organizations, public health programs, and grant-funded community health service organizations. Ms. Chitty received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of North Florida and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.

Prior to establishing herself as a consultant Ms. Chitty held several managed care executive positions in the areas of Quality and Medical Management. These experiences were preceded with clinical nursing positions held in the acute care, ambulatory care, and home health care settings.

Ms. Chitty has served on the National Quality and Research Committee and the Web Criteria Task Force of the Disease Management Association of America (DMAA) and most recently participated in the development of the now published DMAA disease management data dictionary.
