SignalHealth sought to create a regional advance care repository for the 16 provider organizations across its clinically-integrated network. To do so, SignalHealth is working with ZeOmega® to augment its Jiva HIE functionality and incorporate advance care directives into workflows and bring them to clinicians at the point of care.
