HealthSmart® Will Extend ZeOmega Relationship and Leverage New Jiva Technology for ICD-10 Compliance and Continued Growth of National Client Base

PLANO, Texas – October 13, 2016 –ZeOmega Inc., a market leader in population health management, today announced that HealthSmart, a leading provider of modular and scalable health plan solutions for self-funded employers and organizations, has extended its contract for the next term and upgraded to the latest version of the Jiva™ population health management solution.

HealthSmart, a major ZeOmega client since 2005, will leverage the Jiva upgrade to assist with ongoing ICD-10 compliance initiatives, and to deliver utilization, case management, and disease management to its expanding nationwide client base. Currently, Jiva supports HealthSmart in providing integrated wellness, care management, and business intelligence services that enable organizations to manage healthcare for nearly 1 million individuals across the United States.
