Jiva 6.1 Passes Stringent Requirements to Become Validated for Interchanging Clinical, Claims, and Care Management Data Analytics with Oracle Healthcare Foundation
Plano, Texas – November 29, 2017 – ZeOmega®, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced today that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Jiva™ 6.1, the end-to-end population health management platform from ZeOmega, with Oracle Healthcare Foundation (OHF) version 7.1.1.
With this collaboration, health plans and providers can achieve near-seamless integration with Jiva 6.1 and OHF to pursue a strong population health management (PHM) strategy. Clinical, claims, and care management data can be leveraged for holistic care planning and effective care coordination. Additionally, integration risk can be reduced, costs lowered, and the patient and member experience improved.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements based on the needs and priorities of the customers. To prove integration abilities, ZeOmega had to effectively insert and extract data into the OHF framework. To illustrate this process, ZeOmega successfully passed OHF claims data to Jiva where it was used to power a breast cancer screening compliance measure dashboard, attesting to one of the countless benefits the integration creates.
