ZeOmega® Debuts Its Consultant Certification Program to Support Timely Jiva Implementations and High-impact Configurations

65 Consultants from 19 Organizations Are Already Certified to Help Implement and Provide Ongoing Support for Jiva, ZeOmega’s Leading Population Health Platform

Plano, Texas – Oct. 19, 2017 – ZeOmega® Inc., a market leader in population health solutions, has launched a new training program to certify individual third-party consultants, arming them with the solution-specific expertise essential in support of tailored implementations and configurations of the Jiva platform. The Jiva Consultant Certification Program has already significantly expanded ZeOmega’s capacity to address these needs for both new and existing clients.

ZeOmega’s internal customer support team is already strong, more than capable of concurrently managing several large client implementations. However, by creating a formal Jiva certification program for third-party consultants, ZeOmega has considerably expanded its ability to scale to market demand. To date, it has already certified 65 individual consultants from 19 organizations. This number is expected to rapidly expand.

The Jiva Consultant Certification Program provides third-party training in several areas. Consultants can earn both technical (back-end) and clinical (front-end) certifications, through a combination of webinars, self-paced online modules, and onsite training at ZeOmega’s headquarters. Clinical certification candidates learn directly from ZeOmega subject matter experts during a two-day training program. All candidates must pass rigorous knowledge assessments to verify their expertise before they become certified.
