Suhas Ramachandra, MS

As Vice President of Product Strategy & Innovation, Suhas Ramachandra leads the strategic vision, roadmap, and innovation initiatives for ZeOmega's platform and AI-enabled solutions. He is responsible for product strategy, market positioning, analyst relations, technology partnerships, and innovation programs that drive growth and differentiation across the healthcare payer market. Suhas also works closely with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, support strategic investment and M&A initiatives, and align product investments with evolving customer and industry needs.

Over his 20+ year career at ZeOmega, Suhas has played a pivotal role in the evolution of the Jiva platform, helping transform it into one of the industry's leading care management and population health platforms supporting health plans, payvider organizations, accountable care organizations, and third-party administrators. He currently leads initiatives focused on artificial intelligence, workflow automation, interoperability, utilization management, care management, population health, and member engagement.

Prior to his current role, Suhas led multiple client-facing and operational organizations across implementations, professional services, and support. He has overseen more than 30 enterprise software implementations and helped deliver transformative outcomes for some of the nation's largest health plans and healthcare organizations. He also established ZeOmega's Business Analysis Center of Excellence, strengthening the organization's product planning, solution design, and delivery capabilities.

Suhas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from The National Institute of Engineering, India, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University. He also holds a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
