Identification & Stratification Analytics

Jiva identification and stratification rulesets mine a variety of data sources interfaced into Jiva, such as claims and social determinants of health. The rules identify health conditions and issues, provide risk scores for stratification, and assign individuals to various workflows, along with suggestions for patient management activities. Jiva offers a variety of standard reports to help manage and assess healthcare operations such as productivity, cost savings, disease status, and utilization. With a Reporting subscription, users can easily customize reports to fit unique business needs and share those reports with stakeholders in various formats like Microsoft® Excel, CSV, PDF, and more.

Clients have access to a wealth of data in Jiva to facilitate building ad hoc reports and data extractions. For an even more powerful solution, users can leverage Jiva Datamarts to build sophisticated reports using industry-standard visualization tools — with minimal coding experience.

With the integration of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Jiva offers reports and dashboards that provide insights into business opportunities such as intervention in care to improve a population’s overall health, recommendations to better manage a population, and assessing the effectiveness of ML models at the organization level.

Clinical dashboards provide executives with a quick, easy-to-use assessment of how the organization, groups, and individual physicians are performing against key clinical metrics. Pre-configured to present measures for CMS Star ratings, CMS ACO Quality Measures, and NCQA HEDIS measures, they’re designed to help maximize program performance and reimbursements.

Service
Service dashboards help users analyze different aspects of service quality, such as patient/member experience. These dashboards utilize the Jiva Service Quality Assessment to aggregate and graphically display quality-of-care responses.
